Terms of Service

• Anyone can watch videos without an account. You can like and comment without one too, as a guest, with tighter limits.
• Signing in uses Google. You are responsible for activity on your account.
• Only approved publishers can upload videos. Approval is at our discretion and can be withdrawn.
• You must be old enough to form a binding agreement where you live and, to sign in, to hold a Google account.

You keep ownership of what you post — comments and, for publishers, videos and images. By posting you give us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to host, store, reproduce, encode, display and distribute it as needed to run and promote the service. The licence ends when you delete the content, except for copies that remain in backups for a short time or that others have shared.

You promise that you own what you post or have the right to post it, and that it does not break the law or anyone’s rights.

Do not post or do any of the following:

• Content that is illegal, hateful, harassing, threatening, sexually explicit involving minors, or that promotes violence or self-harm.
• Content that infringes someone’s copyright, trademark or privacy.
• Spam, scams, malicious links, or repeated off-topic posts, including by creating many anonymous sessions.
• Attempts to break, probe or overload the service, bypass limits or access restrictions, or scrape it in a way that harms it.
• Pretending to be another person or organisation.
• Manipulating views, likes, comments or recommendations.

Anyone signed in can report a comment or video. We may remove content, restrict features, or suspend or end accounts at any time, particularly for breaking these rules, and we are not obliged to give notice. Guest comments are open to anyone and may be turned off at any time.

If you believe something on Ithola infringes your copyright, email diamondhanson6@gmail.com with: what the work is, the link to the infringing content, your contact details, a statement that you believe in good faith the use is not authorised, and a statement that your notice is accurate and that you are the owner or authorised to act for them. We will review it and may remove the content. We may end the accounts of repeat infringers.

Videos are suggested using signals such as popularity and, for signed-in viewers, their own activity. Suggestions are automated and may be imperfect. We make no promise that any video will be featured or reach any audience.

The service is provided as it is and may change, be interrupted, or be discontinued. We may update these terms; if we do we will change the date above, and continuing to use the service afterwards means you accept the new terms.

To the extent the law allows, the service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, lost profits, or content posted by users. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

You can stop using the service at any time and can ask us to delete your account (see the Privacy Policy). We can suspend or end your access if you break these terms.
